Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping, cancelations, delivery, refunds and returns, and processing times are outlined below.
Shipping & Cancelation Policy: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be honored. Due to the customized nature of our products—including the design, production process, and procurement of specific materials—each order is crafted to your unique specifications.
Please note that certain items, such as "Ready to Ship" and sale items, are final sale and may not be eligible for cancellation even within the 24-hour window. We reserve the right to refuse or deny a cancellation request.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before submitting, as all items are personalized based on the details you provide.Once your order enters production, it is considered final and non-refundable. Once the 24-hour period has passed, your order will be considered final and ineligible for cancellation.

Delivery Confirmation: All shipments from Gunner Rae Monograms include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to the address provided with your order, but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to initiate an investigation:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Gunner Rae Monograms is not responsible for lost or missing packages. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items where tracking confirms delivery to the address on file.
Processing Time & Shipping Disclaimed: Our processing time is noted on our home page and updated weekly. Please note that processing times are subject to change, especially during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events. Processing time refers to the time required to complete and personalize your item(s) and does not include shipping time.
Once your order is processed and handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or variations in shipping times, including those caused by carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We recommend placing your order as early as possible during peak seasons to allow ample time for both production and delivery.
Rush My Order: We do not currently offer expedited processing times.
Local Pick Up: We do not currently offer local pick up options. You can find options for shopping in person at our retail store fronts and pop-up markets on our “Shop in Person” website page throughout Virginia.
Return/Exchange Policy - Satisfaction Guarantee: We kindly ask that you carefully follow all ordering instructions and double-check your order details before checkout. Please refer to our sizing charts and product descriptions to ensure accuracy.
Due to the custom, handmade nature of all our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges—this applies to both personalized and non-personalized items. All designs are made to order and cannot be altered or removed once produced.
If you believe an error was made on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We require that you inspect your items upon delivery. In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise (e.g., wrong style, size, or color), you must email us within 3 business days of delivery with a detailed description and photo evidence of the issue—no exceptions.
If a remake or replacement is approved, we must receive your request within 7 business days of the original delivery date. Store credit only (excluding shipping fees and taxes) may be issued upon review and approval of the issue. No refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please note: Gunner Rae Monograms reserves the right to accept or deny any return, exchange, or remake request at our sole discretion.
Color Disclaimer: Please note that while we make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible, the actual colors of garments, threads, and patterned fabrics may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and screen resolutions. Because of this, colors seen on your screen may not exactly reflect the product as it appears in person. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us with any questions before placing your order. We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size, don't like the color thread you chose, dislike the fit of a garment, or because of our processing time.
